This acquisition and partnership will bring EFI’s expertise from the Dried Fruits and Nuts niche market to the expanded scope of Bluspark’s supply chain consulting, procurement, and technology services. Adding customs brokerage and forwarding services to Bluspark’s portfolio of solutions and client shippers associations will help further grow the customer-enabled services and build upon Bluspark’s strengths in the transportation services market.
